Items are subject to stock availability.
For preorder items, in case of out of stock or no more in production, we will make necessary full refund.
Please take note that for preorder we advise for payment within 3 business days for us to process the orders.
Gentle reminder we will not process for none paid orders.
For In Stock items, we will try to update our inventory daily so as to avoid out of stock.

Preorder waiting time: 3-4 weeks

We process orders within 3 working days. 

We regret to inform that payment not received within 3 days, orders will be cancelled.

Orders and payment made after 10.00 pm will be considered next day transaction.

Local Shipping:

We offer various shipping options including Singapore Post Normal Mail, SmartPac, Speedpost, and Courier Services. We highly recommend using Courier Services as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items sent via normal mail, which is untraceable and non-compensable. We do not provide replacements for parcels lost or delayed by SingPost.

International Shipping:

We collaborate with Easy Parcel and SingPost to provide international shipping services.

All sales are final: items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled once payment is processed.

For returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, please contact us at sales@djshop-sg.com (terms and conditions apply).

For preorder items, if an item is out of stock or discontinued, a full refund will be issued.

We regret to inform you that once an order was made, we don't facilitate cancellation of orders.
